Coin Policy

What coins are

Coins are prepaid platform credits used to pay for bookings and platform features on VEYRA. Coins have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Buying coins

Coins are sold in packages. A package may include bonus coins. Coins are credited only after our payment provider confirms the payment to our servers.

Bonus coins

Promotional and bonus coins are recorded separately in your wallet history. Promotions may have conditions and may be withdrawn in cases of abuse.

Your ledger

Every credit and debit is recorded with the balance before and after. You can view your full history on the Wallet page.

Misuse

Coins obtained through fraud, chargebacks or abuse of promotions may be removed and the account suspended.
