Safety Policy
Last updated 08 Oct 2026
Before you meet
- Meet only in public, well-lit places such as cafes, restaurants, cinemas and event venues
- Tell a friend or family member where you are going and when you expect to be back
- Arrange your own transport to and from the meeting
- Keep all communication and payment on the platform
During the meeting
- Never share your home address, financial details or identity documents
- Do not leave food or drinks unattended
- You may end a meeting at any time if you feel uncomfortable
- Stay sober enough to make clear decisions
Zero tolerance
Sexual services, solicitation, harassment, threats and any illegal activity are prohibited. Report them immediately.
In an emergency
If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first. Then report the incident to us so we can act on the account involved.
Verification
Companions must verify their identity and age before they can be booked. A verification badge confirms that a document check was passed; it is not a guarantee of behaviour, so always follow the guidance above.
