What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, date of birth, city), profile content you choose to publish, booking and payment records, messages sent through the platform, and, for companions, identity documents submitted for verification.

How we use it

To run your account, process bookings and payments, verify age and identity, keep the platform safe, respond to reports, meet legal obligations and send service notifications.

What other users see

Other users only see your public profile: display name, photo, city, age, interests, languages and reviews. We never show your phone number, email address, home address, date of birth or identity documents to other users.

Identity documents

Verification documents are stored privately, are visible only to authorised staff, and every access is logged.

Messages

Messages are private between the participants. Authorised staff may review a conversation when it is reported or automatically flagged for a possible breach of our policies, or when the law requires it.

Sharing

We share data with our payment provider to process payments, with service providers who host the platform, and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can update your profile at any time and can ask us to delete your account. Some records, such as financial transactions, must be retained for legal reasons.
