1. About the service

VEYRA is a marketplace where adults can book verified companions for social, non-sexual companionship: conversation, meals, films, events, city walks and similar activities. VEYRA is not an escort agency, dating service or adult-services platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. One person may hold one account.

3. Strictly prohibited

The following are prohibited everywhere on the platform, including profiles, chat, bookings and in-person meetings arranged through it:

  • Sexual services of any kind, whether offered, requested, implied or negotiated
  • Prostitution, or escort arrangements that involve sexual services
  • Human trafficking, coercion or exploitation of any person
  • Any non-consensual activity
  • Any service or activity that is illegal where it takes place
  • Financial fraud, scams, chargeback abuse or money laundering
  • Harassment, stalking, hate speech or abuse
  • Threats, intimidation, blackmail or extortion
  • Involving anyone under 18 years of age in any way

Accounts involved in prohibited conduct are suspended, coins and earnings connected to the conduct may be withheld, and we cooperate with law enforcement where required.

4. Coins and payments

Bookings are paid for with platform coins purchased through our payment provider. Coins are governed by the Coin Policy and refunds by the Refund Policy. All payments for bookings must be made through the platform.

5. Bookings

A booking is a request until the companion accepts it. Companions are independent individuals, not employees of VEYRA, and may decline any request. Meetings should take place in public places.

6. Conduct

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines and Safety Policy, to treat others with respect, and not to ask anyone to move communication or payment off the platform.

7. Moderation

We may review reported content and conversations, remove content, and suspend or close accounts to keep the community safe and to comply with the law.

8. Liability

VEYRA provides the platform and does not supervise meetings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.
