Refund Policy

Booking refunds

Coins paid for a booking are returned to your wallet as follows:

• The companion declines the request, or does not respond before the start time: full refund
• You cancel before the companion has accepted: full refund
• You cancel an accepted booking outside the free-cancellation window: full refund
• You cancel inside the free-cancellation window: partial refund at the rate shown on the booking page before you confirm
• The companion or our team cancels the booking: full refund

Disputes

If a completed booking did not take place as agreed, open a dispute from the booking page within the dispute window. Our team reviews the evidence from both sides. If the dispute is upheld, the full coin amount is returned to your wallet.

Coin purchases

Coin purchases are refunded to the original payment method only where required by law or where a payment was taken in error. Contact support with your payment reference.

How refunds appear

Every refund is recorded in your wallet history as a Booking Refund transaction.
